The name of this company is based off the fact that there is so much negativity in the world, and self hatred. As the owner of this studio my main goal was to provide a space where people do feel comfortable, and safe. If someone is not provided the comfort they need to express themselves they will never truly know who they are as a person. Expressing emotions, feelings, celebrations, and more through dance has always been an escape for myself. As the owner the goal is to share that with as many people as possible. Moving through your body, and truly experiencing what makes you feel the most confident version of yourself. Everybody has their own rhythm.
